Arctic Paper S.A. has signed an agreement for the acquisition of an existing solar park close to Warsaw. The plant in Garwolin in the Masovian area has an output of 4 MW.
“Until now, we have built solar parks on our own properties. Now we are accelerating investments in line with our strategy by acquiring a turnkey facility in Poland. After the acquisition, Arctic Paper’s total installed PV power amounts to 23 MW distributed over 4 installations in Sweden and Poland. This acquisition is another step in the development of the energy segment. The energy produced in Garwolin will be sold outside the Arctic group”, says Michal Jarczyński, CEO of Arctic Paper.
The seller is the Polish company Coral J.W. Perkowski.
