With 1,280 companies and 63,500 employees throughout France, the French paper and board industry is looking to the future and recruiting. A total of 2,000 technical jobs are to be filled each year throughout France between now and 2030, 94% of which will be permanent. These jobs are located in the manufacturing, processing and distribution sectors.
The jobs mainly concern technical occupations such as machine operators, industrial maintenance technicians, power engineers, printing machine line operators, paper machine operators, corrugator operators, etc. Not forgetting emerging jobs linked to changes in the business and customer requirements, in the field of solutions engineering, production planning, quality and material control, etc.
