The eleventh edition of Maqpaper’s international fair will be held on 17th and 18th June in the Modernist building of the Old Slaughterhouse in Igualada.It will be focused on one of the biggest environmental challenges of the planet: elimination of plastic and specially of single use plastics. This is a great opportunity for the paper sector because paper and cardboard are the ones that can best substitute plastic in its every day packing uses. “From plastic to paper” will be this year’s fair slogan, a fair celebrated biennially in Igualada reuniting the principal supplying companies for the industry of pulp, paper and corrugated cardboard in Spain.
