In response to customer demand, Södra announced this week that all three of their pulp mills are now talc free.
Talc has been fully removed from production and replaced with a polymer across all sites. Pulp quality, performance and cleanliness remain unchanged, all specifications are met, and the products are approved for food contact applications.
A proactive step that supports customer requirements, product safety and long term regulatory readiness.
