Michael Shamma, an experienced professional with 20 years of international market development, sales and service experience in the pulp, paper and packaging private and non-private industry (United Nations), was recently appointed as General Manager of Abu Dhabi National Paper Mill. Mr. Shama has previously worked for various companies such as Mondi and Eldorado in top positions.
Established in 2000, Abu Dhabi National Paper Mill (ADNPM) is the largest and most advanced producer of sanitary jumbo tissue rolls in the United Arab Emirates, with an annual production capacity of over 90,000 tons. Covering 60,000 square meters, the mill is fitted with three state-of-the-art Crescent Former machines, including a state-of-the-art Valmet’s Advantage New Textured Tissue (NTT) machine that produces premium tissue papers from the highest quality virgin pulp.
