International Paper (IP) is in the process of acquiring the Spanish company Envases Grau, and its four packaging mills with capacities of some 15,000 tpy of corrugated board. Envases Grau employs some 70 people.
The American Group is also discussing with the French Rossmann Group to take over its Kadem Plan, near Barcelona. In return, Rossmann would acquire the IP’s Creil mill (SNCO), in France. For the time being, this assets’ exchange has not yet been concluded.
