After 13 years at the head of the British group DS Smith, Miles Roberts has announced his intention to retire from the Board and from his role as CEO of DS Smith. The official notice period will begin on December 1, 2024 for an effective departure which will take place on November 30, 2025 at the latest. A sufficient time to prepare this succession in the best conditions. Miles Roberts will retain all of his duties until a successor is named.
