Valmet donates spare parts as humanitarian aid for a power plant customer in Ukraine to support the resilience of the country’s energy infrastructure. The donation includes vital spare parts to keep the power plant in operation. The plant plays a crucial role in providing electricity for the Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi area, which is approximately 70 kilometers south-east of Kyiv.
The donation of spare parts to a Ukrainian customer during the war is expected to ensure the continuity of electricity supply, provide support for essential services and improve the lives of civilians in conflict-affected areas.
