Senseye appoints Peter Livaudais to lead French operations

Senseye, a provider of predictive maintenance software, today announced that it has appointed Peter Livaudais to lead its operations in France, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg and the French-speaking areas of Switzerland.

Peter, who joins Senseye from the design company attoma, has more than 30 years of experience working in data, analytics and technology across Europe. Prior to its acquisition by Cisco, he was a director at the IoT analytics platform company ParStream. Peter led ParStream’s expansion into France and managed its strategic partnerships in the region while leading the TMForum’s Big Data Analytics working group.

At Senseye, Peter will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers in France and finding new opportunities across the region with large-scale organizations in sectors such as automotive, energy and heavy industry.

Senseye, which uses advanced machine learning algorithms to automatically identify emerging problems with industrial machinery and predict precisely when monitored assets are likely to fail, is going through a period of rapid expansion due to growing demand for its software around the world. The company appointed Peter Portner in January to lead its operations in Germany, Austria and the German-speaking areas of Switzerland and is currently establishing operations in the U.S. and Japan.

Simon Kampa, CEO of Senseye, comments: “Our predictive maintenance software is proven to help large industrial organizations minimize unplanned downtime, improve maintenance practices and become more efficient. Peter’s experience and relationships will help drive our expansion in mainland Europe and ensure that our customers maximize the returns that can be achieved by using Senseye.”

Peter Livaudais, VP Strategic Accounts at Senseye, comments: “Leading manufacturers have halved their levels of unplanned downtime, boosted the productivity of maintenance staff by 55 percent and achieved maintenance cost reductions of up to 40 percent by using Senseye. The potential for Senseye is enormous and I am delighted to join the company to help build its market presence and expand its already impressive client list.”
