Teknik Masura Ambalaj Kagit, Turkey, has ordered a vacuum system rebuild from Runtech Systems for their Edirne mill. The delivery includes RunEco EP600-70-S2 Turbo Blower, EcoDrop water separator and EcoFlow dewatering measurement system. The rebuilt vacuum system is scheduled to start up in June 2021. Edirne mill produces fluting and testliner based 100% on recycled fiber.
RunEco vacuum system is developed especially to take into account the challenges and demands related to the dewatering and runnability of paper and board machines. RunEco vacuum system typically saves 30-70% of energy and 100% of water in the vacuum system.
