Saica Group Opens its First Customer Experience Center in France: A Dedicated Space for Innovation, Collaboration, and Training


  • Saica Group has opened the doors to its very first Customer Experience Center in France, located at the Saica Pack Venizel site, just an hour from Paris.
  • This unique location has been designed as a space for exchange and collaborative work, aimed at strengthening the partnership between Saica and its customers.

Situated between the site’s paper mill and corrugated board plant, the Customer Experience Center is a space dedicated specifically to clients to work together on their cardboard packaging, offer training, and anticipate regulatory obligations.

Designed to foster collective intelligence, this venue is intended to become a genuine ideas laboratory centered around the major challenges facing the packaging sector.

Throughout the year, the Customer Experience Center will host Innovation Days and training sessions dedicated to Saica customers, as well as internal sessions for the Group’s employees.

These meetings will cover key themes such as the latest product and service innovations, anticipating future regulations, and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility): in short, imagining the packaging of tomorrow, today.

A first Innovation Day with an important client has already taken place, marking the official launch of this new hub for exchange and creativity.
