
IBS Paper Performance Group has acquired 60% of Servicios Sirpac Spa.
The company based in Chile specializes in pulp and paper machine services – from pulp preparation to roll handling. The founding Brunel family will retain the remaining 40%. This acquisition will strengthen IBS’s presence in South America and expand its range of services.
