Among the most noteworthy initiatives is Metatop, an internal training program in a campus format which is celebrating its first edition in France this year, following several editions in Spain. This program combines theoretical and practical sessions organized in different Group plants, with the aim of reinforcing technical industry knowledge, promoting corporate culture, and encouraging exchanges between professionals.

In parallel, the third edition of the Hinojosa Graduates Program is currently underway. This professional development program aims to attract and integrate high-potential young graduates. Three former participants of the program are now pursuing their international careers in the Group’s plants in France, illustrating Hinojosa’s commitment to creating real opportunities for growth and development.
