Global expansion: Feltest welcomes new strategic partners in Indonesia and Japan

Feltest, whose tools and insights are trusted in over 600 mills across 90+ countries, is taking another major step in its global growth. The company has officially announced the appointment of two new local partners to support the pulp and paper industry in Indonesia and Japan.

In Indonesia, Feltest is now represented by Serasi Sentosa Abadi (SSA). Established in 2009, SSA is a specialized trading and agency company with a core focus on the pulp and paper market. Commercial Director Mr. Renaldi Sutjipto and his team leverage over 30 years of industry experience to provide high-level local support.

In Japan, Feltest has partnered with Nitto Shokai. Founded in 1917, the company has been a pillar of the Japanese paper industry for over 100 years. Led by President Mr. Daisuke Goto, Nitto Shokai is renowned for its ability to adapt to modern business models while maintaining a strong commitment to customer needs and social responsibility.

The Impact: This expansion ensures that mills in these key regions can implement the “Feltest Method” with the benefit of partners who speak the local language and understand the specific pressures of their regional papermaking landscape.
