Futura reorganizes management team and appoints a new CEO.


Futura has entered a new phase of development with important changes in the management team and the promotion of Guido Dellagnelo to the role of CEO.

“When I accepted the presidency of Futura, I immediately committed myself to creating a young, united team, capable of guaranteeing a dynamic and very successful future for the company,” said Fabio Perini, Founder and President of Futura. “The new management team is fully focused on our vision, prioritising Research and Development and the importance of close collaboration with customers and partners. Today I am happy to say that the new team is in place and already delivering.”

Guido Dellagnelo, after years of experience at Futura Latin America, takes on the role of CEO, making the most of his expertise and knowledge of the sector.

“I am convinced that building positive relationships focused on trust and concrete results is essential for delivering the best in terms of technology, service and partnership. This is a vision I share with President Fabio Perini and the whole management team. I am proud of the trust that Fabio Perini has placed in me. I accept the role as a new personal challenge with the aim of confirming Futura as the technological leader in the sector through the innovation, inspiration and dedication of all its people.”

Francesco Pelaia assumes the role of CTO, guiding innovation and product development, in close collaboration with Fabio Perini and the rest of the Futura Lab team.

Simone Graunar becomes Customer Care Director, with the aim of completing the journey that is taking Futura Customer Care from a traditional daily assistance function to a pro-active service to get closer to the customer and guarantee optimum line performance.

Sergio Tonarelli also takes on new responsibilities as CSO and President of Futura North America, a market that includes some of Futura’s main installed and active references. Alessandro Viani becomes Sales Director EMEA & Asia, which, thanks to his many years of experience in company, will help consolidate the presence of Futura in these strategic markets. The team is completed with Giovanna Granucci as CFO and Alessandro Betti as Industrial Manager.
