The next BIR World Recycling Convention & Exhibition from (31 May) 1–3 June 2026 will be held at the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre (Gothia Towers) in Gothenburg (Sweden), building on the organisation’s record-breaking momentum from 2025.
Last year’s Conventions saw unprecedented registration numbers, and at the same time BIR’s overall membership surpassed the milestone of 1,000 active members worldwide. In May 2026, the global recycling community will gather once again to strengthen international business relationships, analyse market developments and showcase practical circular economy solutions.
