PaperOne Show 2022 kicking off in Dubai

In January 2020, the global Covid crisis had not struck yet, and the PaperOne Show could be held with success. One year later, the situation was somewhat different for the reasons we all remember. The show went online with an attempt by the organiser, Al Furat Fair, to run a virtual event that was a premiere.

Today, Dubai is open for business again as the leading show of the MENA region is being inaugurated by officials at the Sharjah Expo Centre.

The attendance is already massive considering the current situation, full of uncertainties. The flood of local and international visitors from the Emirates and Africa seems impatient to reconnect with machinery suppliers and paper manufacturers.

Among the suppliers, the Italian firms are very well represented with Toscotec, ST Macchine, Recard, ACelli, Omet, Koerber, and many more. The Finnish Valmet and TasoWheel are also exhibiting, and many companies from India propose their equipment and chemicals.

Tissue and AFH products are displayed by producers like the Algerian Faderco, the Turkish Eczacibasi and Kocal Kagit, or the local Abu Dhabi National Paper Mill, Queenex and Crown Paper Mill

The impressive booth of Saudi Paper, the Damman-based integrated tissue producer from Saudi Arabia, cannot be missed. The company is a faithful supporter of the event and will host the gala dinner at the heart of the EXPO2020. This should be a memorable social activity and an excellent networking opportunity.

The 8th edition is already scheduled on Feb. 21-23, 2023, still in Dubai.
